在每日车间质检的环节我们会进行晨间品质例会，会有质检员在车间全域进行巡回巡检，以及半成品时的外观全检，原料入库时也会进行检验。In the daily workshop quality inspection phase, we hold morning quality briefings. Inspectors conduct full patrol checks across workshops, carry out comprehensive appearance inspections on semi‑finished goods, and examine all incoming raw materials before warehousing.

在蜡烛制作完成后，我们会在大火中抽检进行燃烧测试。测试蜡烛的匀速燃烧时长、烛芯燃烧状态、香味扩散以及高温耐热稳定性。After candles are finished, we select samples from bulk orders to conduct combustion tests. We verify even burning duration, wick burning performance, fragrance diffusion and high‑temperature thermal stability.

在货品完成发货之前我们会在箱中按比例抽检产品进行取样，对成品的品相进行复核，检查包装内衬适配情况以及订单参数的核对。Before shipment, we draw samples from bulk cartons in accordance with sampling ratios, recheck the appearance of finished candles, inspect the fit of inner packaging, and cross‑verify against order specifications.

在货品发货前我们会对箱体进行多角度箱体跌落测试，对箱体承压进行堆码测试，对开箱成品进行复检以及外箱唛头进行最终核验。Prior to delivery, we conduct multi‑angle carton drop tests and stacking compression tests. We also reinspect products after unpacking and make final verification on shipping marks of export cartons.
